RE:Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.

2. How can we get a quote?

RE:Please provide the details requirement of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.

3. What format design file you want for printing?

RE:CDR,AI,PSD,high DPI JPG,high DPI PDF,or original sample.

4.Could you help with the design?

RE:of course,professional designers will help with artwork after you offer the LOGO.

5. What's the trade term and payement term?

RE:100%or 30% of the total value to be paid before before production.Can be negociated.

6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?

RE:Yes. Contact with our sales for sample details.

7. What about the lead time?

RE:It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.

8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

RE:Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking Number. one day after shipping.

9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

Re:DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX,BY sea,ect. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery.10 to 30 workdays by sea. 

10. How do you compute the shipping charges?
